With TAMITOS Move, movement currently earns TAMI points. Until a partner funds a movement support pool, those points do not turn into euros and remain in your account. A direct cash donation is a separate choice. Your points total is therefore not a record of money already paid to a family.

This reflects the current information on the official TAMITOS Move website, checked on 14 October 2026. TAMITOS is explaining its own product here. We are not announcing a funded partner, an exchange date or an exchange rate.

What does the points total in my account mean?

Points are entries in the TAMITOS system. Look at your profile and history to understand which activity or other event an entry relates to. A points balance is different from a bank balance, a payment receipt or a confirmed amount transferred to a family.

For example, seeing 400 points does not mean that you have donated €400 or any other automatically calculated cash amount. Without a funded pool, converting that number in your head creates a promise the app is not making. Check the current in-app conditions before assuming a conversion is available.

What would a partner provide?

A partner would provide the money for a movement support pool. Actual funding is needed before points can be converted under that pool's rules. A logo, a conversation with a business or a test entry does not establish that funding has arrived.

We are currently looking for a partner. This article does not predict the eventual conversion rate, funding limit or start date. Businesses interested in supporting the model can use the partnership section on the Move product page.

How is a direct donation different?

A direct donation means choosing to contribute your own money through an available payment method. It is separate from earning points through movement. Before paying, read the recipient, purpose, amount and confirmation shown in the donation flow.

A contribution to a particular family story and a contribution to OZ TAMITOS have different purposes. Ask for clarification before paying if the destination is unclear. Neither kilometres nor a points total tells you whether a cash donation was received or paid out.

What can I do now?

Use the available app, explore the stories and choose a way to move that suits you. The Android app is listed on Google Play. The public Move page describes the iPhone version as being prepared, so this article does not promise a public App Store release.

For an outing with children, try our autumn outdoor games. If you already use another sports app, read our guide for Strava users to understand the TAMITOS focus. This is not an announcement of a partnership with Strava.

Frequently asked questions

Must I donate money to use Move for movement?

Movement and a voluntary direct donation are separate choices. A donation is not something to treat as an automatic charge for recording an activity.

Do points disappear while there is no partner?

The current official page says points remain in the account without a funded pool. If your history shows a discrepancy, contact support about the particular entry. This article cannot investigate an individual account.

When will points become euros?

Only after there is a funded pool and its applicable rules are published. We cannot promise a date today.

Start with clear expectations

Visit TAMITOS Move and check the current status. Keep points, partner money and your own direct donation separate. You can then understand what is available now and what depends on future funding.
